SDK Renews Its Web Site

 

Showa Denko K.K. (SDK) has made extensive changes in its web site (http://www.sdk.co.jp/html/english/index.html) following the launch at the beginning of the year of the new medium-term consolidated business plan, the Passion Project.

 

Under the project, SDK aims to further increase its value and give satisfaction to all stakeholders, thereby fulfilling its social responsibility.

 

The renewed web site provides full information on the activities of SDK and its consolidated subsidiaries while improving the site’s usability and adding CSR-related information.

 

Specifically, the web site explains the overall operations of the Showa Denko Group by introducing SDK and its 18 major subsidiaries and outlining their respective product lines and operation sites. 

 

The pages of Responsible Care have been expanded to include descriptions of SDK’s corporate social responsibility programs.

 

The top page of the site shows how SDK employees are producing individualized products.

 

Furthermore, at the end of February, the web site will start providing detailed information on approximately 500 items of SDK Group’s products and services.  Visitors to the site will be able to easily conduct a search for information by the names of products/services, the names of divisions, or the market sectors and applications.
