Company History

2001 Oct. The fabricated foil business of Showa Denko K.K. and the laminate business Heisei Polymer Co.,Ltd. were integrated in to Showa Laminating.Industry Corporation. And the company name changed into "Showa Denko Packaging Co.,Ltd".
2003 Aug. Nara Plant (in Nara Pref.) and Sakai Plant (in Osaka Pref.) were integrated in Hikone Plant.
