Aluminum Sector

Aluminum is a metal with excellent properties including lightweight high strength, permanent beauty and ready recyclability.

Showa Denko has been supplying aluminum materials and fabricated products since 1934, when it succeeded in the industrialization of aluminum smelting for the first time in Japan.

In our Aluminum Sector, we are producing heat exchangers, beverage cans, and other high value-added fabricated products from aluminum materials (including rolled, extruded and forged products). Based on our technologies ranging from alloying to fabrication accumulated through our production and sales activities, we are also committed to meeting user needs and actively expanding businesses not only in Japan but in Europe, the United States and South East Asia.
