The Electronics Sector is engaged in businesses based on world-leading technologies
we have accumulated in such fields as organic, inorganic and metallic materials.
Our main businesses include compound semiconductors business and rare earth magnetic
alloys.
Our compound semiconductor business deals with the crystal growth process,
providing a wide range of products including Ultrabright LED Chips. We have
launched blue LED Chips meeting customer needs.
In addition, we are developing silicon epitaial wafers for ULSI, unique solder
precoating technology for high-density packaging and lead-free soldering, and
charge dissipation agent for electron beam lithography.
